I'm afraid to forget everything that you breathe through your mouth and get the package the next day. Everyone tells me how bad it hurts. I need all the advice I can get.

Remember that this pain is only temporary. U will receive pain medication drawbacks. Usually the first few days are the worst, but it is better, and the result is that u can breathe better and get better quality sleep at night. I suggest painkillers as ordered, to maintain comfort. some of u do, do not wait too long to play between the doses or otherwise, will catch up ". Perhaps a little note to remember to breathe through the mouth. Once the package that the pressure relieved and the pain is less severe. This is often the source of most pain b / c the pressure too much. Good luck.
